Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Quality Control and Assurance Supervisor to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of its operations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Guarantee the quality of products and services by ensuring compliance with standards.
• Plan and organise quality control and assurance activities on sites.
• Supervise the work of quality control and assurance teams.
• Analyse inspection results and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement corrective actions to improve product and service quality and services.
• Develop and implement quality control and assurance procedures.
• Carry out internal audits/visits to verify compliance with quality requirements.
• Ensure that quality control and assurance documents and procedures are kept procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Quality, Hygiene, Safety & Environment (QHSE), Quality Management, or any related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in Quality, ideally in the Engineering sector.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

• Knowledge of Quality audit, Inspection, Quality control, or Quality Project Management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001 standards will be a plus.
• Ability to plan and organise activities.
• Ability to analyse data and identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to supervise and motivate teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving licence for private car.
