Main responsibilities:
- Attends and participates in daily meetings, operational meetings and committees, sharing any information pertaining to the operation from the guest feedback;
- Obtains instructions from the Quality Assurance Manager with regards to areas of service which may require attention and how to provide support;
- Coordinates the Quality Calendar according to the Quality Plan for collaborating with all departments;
- Monitors guest feedback – Online reviews and Customer Satisfaction Survey;
- Produces periodic reports, communicates on the feedback and status of performance;
- Performs Quality checks, audits and reports;
- Follows up on audits and action plan;
- Implements quality strategies in liaison with the QAM following results of in house audits, Head Office announced audits and mystery audits;
Qualifications and profile:
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent;
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field;
- At least two years of working experience in hospitality or related function with a strong service culture knowledge;
- Strong knowledge of quality terms and concepts;
- Good communication, time management and organisational skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and to multitask;
- Able to demonstrate behaviours that are in line with Beachcomber Core Values and the Beachcomber Way;
- Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
