Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant to assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with standards or regulations in the Quality Assurance & Compliance Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze current processes and suggest improvements.
  • Work with teams to implement best practices in quality management.
  • Conduct internal quality audits and inspections.
  • Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformances.
  • Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Prepare and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Train employees on quality standards and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to ensure consistent adherence to quality requirements.
  • Maintain accurate quality records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Monitor and implement quality procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar position.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

  • Familiarity with quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) implementation and maintenance.
  • Good verbal and written communication in both English and French.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Visio.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Good presentation skill and ability to deliver training.
