Monitor guest feedback – Online reviews and Customer Satisfaction Survey Provides support in the follow up of Health Safety and Food Safety standards issues. Assist in iimplementing quality strategies following results of in-house audits, Head office announced audits and mystery audits.

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor guest feedback – Online reviews and Customer Satisfaction Survey
• Provides support in the follow up of Health Safety and Food Safety standards issues.
• Assist in iimplementing quality strategies following results of in-house audits, Head office announced audits and mystery audits.
• Responds to Online reviews in a diplomatic, humble and appreciative language style. Maintains an eye for detail and communicates promptly.
• Makes suggestions to management to improve the department and quality in general

Qualifications and profile:

• Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Good Communication leadership and organisational skills
• Ready to work odd and flexible hours
• Knowledge of Software
• Fluent in English and French, both oral and written
• A Diploma in the relevant field
• Knowledge and experience in Food Safety
