Design, implement and monitor the Quality Assurance formats and standards.
.Develop and update all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines of the resort according to the policies and procedures.
Actively participate in facilitating training and coaching to develop awareness of quality services to Team Members
Participate in the setting up and delivering of the Orientation program to all new Team Members.
Coordinate workshops such as HACCP, Quality Circles in order to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Set up monitoring systems to evaluate the impact of various initiatives on Guest satisfaction and financial results.
Monitor, analyze Quality Standards and implement all quality and performance improvement throughout the resort.
Ensure that proper follow up of quality action plans, responses to guests' surveys and reviews as well as completion of audits action plans are conducted in a timely manner.
Conduct frequent spot-checks within all departments as well as determine causes of non-adherence to quality standards and formulate recommendations when necessary.
Monitor audits across the resorts according to Tamassa brand standards.
Conduct research, benchmark and produce reports about environmental impacts and make recommendations for improvements of processes.
Collaborate with the head of department to develop sustainability initiatives at the resort
