Purchasing & Store Controller

International Trimmings & Labels Co. Ltd, situated at Royal Road, Solitude Flexeo Business Park is looking  for a dynamic Purchasing & Stock Controller.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare Purchase Orders & Transfer Orders for local and international suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Keep updated inventory records for each item in SAGE & ensure Stock Integrity
• Request, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, freight forwarders etc...
• Review quality of purchased products and raise non-conformity report
• To weekly update the macro planning and stock reports
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Ensure store is kept in a well organised manner

• Perform price comparison and analysis, produce reports and statistics
• Conduct stock inventories with the team
• Negotiate for the best purchasing package in terms of quality, price, paymentterms and deliver

• Inform HODs of any products unavailable from suppliers and suggest solutions
• Ensure FIFO applied with storekeeper
• Support other departments with quotations and other requests
• Any other cognate duties as may be directed by management.

Qualification:

• HSC or Equivalent
• Min 2 years of experience

Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in Sage Word, Excel.
• Reliable, honest and trustworthy

Skills Requires:

• Strong negotiation and communications skills
• Analytical and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Normal Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 to 16:30
