Purchasing Officer

Espace Maison Ltee is recruiting a self-motivated and competent Purchasing Officer to work in its Purchasing Department situated at Trianon.

Key Result Areas:

• Ensure replenishment of goods within all EML shops by respecting planning of orders and delivery time frames for various circumstances.
• Foster a strong relationship with:
  • EML Head of Sections and Warehouse Storekeepers to ensure stock availability and distribution
  • Suppliers’ merchandisers to ensure stock availability
• Manage supplier relationship and information
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to ensure accuracy of data

Required profile:

• Minimum qualifications: Diploma in Business Management/ Supply Chain
• 2 years’ experience in related field would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Ms Office particularly in Ms Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English & French
• Strong analytical with a sense of detail and problem solving skills
• Managing relationship with stakeholders
• Planning and organizing
• Flexible and proactive
• Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
