Content writer / Customer Support Officer

Maxify Ltd, founded in year 2015 in Mauritius and located at Beau Bassin is looking for a bilingual Content writer/Customer Support Officer (French and English speaker).

The Employee is a bilingual French and English speaker and will work as part of the Customer Support Team. This is a versatile role where you will assist our clients via telephone, email, live chat and Social Media in France, UK and USA. Needless to say the Employee should have excellent communication skills and a good phone etiquette.

The Employee will also work as part of the Marketing Team to maintain and develop our website’s offers which include the categories, the products and the static pages management (CMS) as well as assist the SEO Team in the production of texts and visuals for webpages, blogs and potentially for social media.

Responsibilities:

•             Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat in French and English.

•             Give advice to customers.

•             Arrange deliveries and returns, solve the issues met by the customers, report to the Logistics Service and if necessary to the Customer Support Manager.

•             Maintain and update our website’s offers.

•             Create new products, new categories, backlinks, texts, and visuals in accordance with the SEO strategy and the SEO Supervisor.

•             Assist the Customer Support Manager in the implementation of direct communication and contact strategies.

•             Assist the Customer Support Manager / SEO Supervisor in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of competitor companies, competitor activity and current market prices.

•             Update rates depending on costs evolution and market prices.

•             Day-to-day contact with Customer Support Manager, SEO Supervisor and Logistics service.

Requirements:

•             Previous experience in customer service and/or content writing is an advantage but not mandatory

•             Minimum Higher School Certificate with an A in French or English

•             A degree in French or English is an advantage

•             Ability to work hours as required by the business (European hours)

•             Creative and having good copywriting skills in French and English

•             A reliable internet connection is a must

•             Strong organizational skills
