MedActiv is presently looking for a Purchasing Coordinator who will be responsible for the orders and stock management across all outlets within Retail Operations.

The job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with our different stakeholders to secure the best deals possible in view of improving the overall profitability.
Monitor supplier’s performance and ensure timely delivery of all products.
Create and send purchase orders to vendors.
Update of sales trends and seasonality factors to have a more accurate ordering point and month holding stock in pharmacy.
Ad-Hoc reporting as an when required by management.
Adhere to all internal policies, procedures and applicable laws.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Management.
At least 1 year of experience in related field.

Other Requisites

Result & target driven.
Strong customer orientation.
Excellent planning and organizing skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Computer literate ; well versed with Microsoft Office Tools.
