As a Public Relation Officer, you should be an organized and cool-tempered professional who is able to handle a complaints. We expect you to have a creative mind and excellent communication skills. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure guests are satisfied with our services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards guests at all times.
  • Responding promptly to guest inquiries.
  • Creating and maintaining a high profile and positive image of the Ravenala Attitude by interacting with guests.
  • Maximize Hotel exposure through all possible channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products and services to be able to answer questions.
  • Encourage guests to boost up comments on trip advisor and other social platform.
  • Build relationships with key employees among customers.
  • Create plans to address guest needs.
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address guest needs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stay calm when guests are stressed or upset.
  • Experience working with guests or customers.
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French (Oral and Written).
  • Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
