To provide clean, hygienic and hazard free area in the resort, in order to achieve optimum standards of guest satisfaction (Internal & external).

 

  • Ensure constant adherence to organizational standards of hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance of equipment, fittings and fixtures of the areas under his/her control.
  • Clean staff facilities/lobby/outlets as per  Company standards ensuring defect free amenities.
  • Should be helpful and courteous to guests at all times.
  • Should hand over important messages and requests to supervisor.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Thoroughly dust all furniture, pictures and shelves.
  • Thoroughly clean and polish all metal surfaces.
  • Clean ashtrays and empty trash.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
  • Reports all lost and found items.
  • Maintain high level of personal hygiene.
  • Ensure that the trolley is kept clean, tidy and well equipped in the proper position.
  • Report maintenance problems to the supervisor.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
