Looking for a Host & Property Manager in Tamarin/Black River
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : ⠀
- Ensuring a high level of Client Satisfaction for Owners, Tenants, and Guests
- Supervising the Housekeeping Team
- Ensuring check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintaining a high standard of Cleanliness and Care for the apartments through routines and internal SOPs, including Housekeeping Procedures, arrivals and departures procedures, inventories, and laundry procedures
- Ensuring clear and efficient communication/reporting
- Managing resort costs to align with the budget
PROFILE:
- A minimum of HSC qualification
- Excellent communication both written and verbal (English & French)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings
- Confident individual with a proactive attitude
- Proven ability to provide a customer-focused service
- A self-starter, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation, but also working closely with other team members and displaying trust and loyalty
- Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner
- Dynamic, reliable, organized, resourceful, attentive to details & serious person
- Experience in Property Management/Tourism would be a plus but is not mandatory
- Understanding the Maintenance sector would also be an advantage

PACKAGE OFFERED :
- Rs 30,000 Basic Salary depending on Experience & Qualifications
