We seek an experienced SMB Sales Representative to drive regional market growth, deliver customized security solutions, and manage end-to-end project execution.

 

Position Responsibilities

1. Market Development & Project Management

  • Identify regional customer needs, analyze market trends, and uncover potential business opportunities.

  • Develop sales strategies and drive project implementation by coordinating internal/external resources.

  • Oversee the entire bidding process, contract execution, and payment collection to ensure target achievement.

2. Solution & Technical Support

  • Deliver customized product solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and resolve technical inquiries.

  • Deeply understand customer requirements and provide actionable feedback to optimize product offerings.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver end-to-end pre-sales and post-sales support.

3. Key Competencies

  • Proven ability to independently develop regional markets.

  • Strong cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration skills.

  • Capable of efficiently executing ad-hoc assignments.

  • Willing to undertake frequent business travel to surrounding island countries.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Marketing, electronic engineering, computer science, network communication
  • Skills:
    • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, self-motivated; Understand security, image processing, computer networks, sales, solution, etc.
    • Experience: More than 3 years’ experience in CCTV industry
