Missions:

Train, supervise and coach the team

• Plan, organize and monitor manufacturing activities by ensuring compliance with processes, quality and deadlines

• Distribute the work equitably according to human and material resources

• Assign workstations, animate and coordinate the work of the team

• Maintain team cohesion and motivation

• Giving meaning, and in particular setting, explaining and monitoring the achievement objectives for positions and jointly defining the means to be implemented to achieve them

• Enforce the rules of GMP, quality, safety, hygiene and environment, according to the applicable standards

• Ensure that the 1st level maintenance actions of the production tool are carried out by the operators

• Set up and maintain the versatility of its teams and offer the necessary programs

• Monitoring of monthly production indicators and implement corrective actions when needed

• Perform regular reporting to his hierarchy

• Participate in production according to the needs of the activity

• Participate in continuous improvement

Qualifications and Experiences:

• HSC Holder with 2 years of experience

• Sense of responsibility
