Production Support

Engaged in the continuous supply of locally refined and packed edible oils as well as a range of quality products , Mauritius Oil Refineries Ltd. (Moroil) is seeking for a diligent Production Support to join its team.

The ideal candidate will handle ERP operations that includes, stock reconciliation, production output data, and inventory management.

This role also involves administrative tasks related to the department such as production reports and other production-related  and food safety compliance documentation.

Additionally, the selected candidate will be equipped with refinery/laboratory operations adding a technical edge to their role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all ERP operations for the department.
• Reconcile stock, monitor movement, and oversee as per bill of materials.
• Manage raw materials inflow and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare production reports.
• Perform administrative tasks, including HR-related duties and office paperwork.
• Participate in refinery and laboratory operations.
• Assist with the preparation of manuals, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and other production-related and food safety compliance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

• HSC, Diploma holders with accounting or science background.
• Degree holders will have a definite advantage.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new tasks, including laboratory work.
