Production Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up production lines to ensure maximum output
• Supervise operations to achieve higher output
• Ensure the positive flow of raw materials and other resources
• Ensure production order is on track by reviewing hourly production report and WIP-report
• Monitor product standards and implement quality management systems
• Organise training and educational manuals for the production team
• Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility
• Organising, monitoring, and prioritising tasks to meet production goals
• Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
• Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood

Experience / Skills

• Minimum SC or equivalent certificate
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment as production supervisor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hardworking with a flexible attitude
• Well organised and able to multi-task and work towards tight deadlines
