Production Supervisor

Omnicane is looking for a Production Supervisor whose key duties are to meet production targets and lead a team of operators & technicians.

Main Duties

• Meet production targets related to the KPIs.
• Ensure efficient production process and carry out any necessary trouble shooting.
• Lead a team of operators & technicians.
• Monitor environmental issues.
• Promote Safety & Health in accordance with the Safety and Health policies in place.
• Meet all quality specifications and standards as per the SOPs.

Qualifications

• Holder of a School Certificate/ Higher School Certificate or any equivalent qualification.
• Holder of a DUST, HDN or BTS in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with suitable relevant experience at supervisory level or any other relevant qualifications.
• Experience in agro-industry or in an industrial environment would be an advantage.
