Production Manager (Food Crop) - ENL Agri Limited

ENL AGRI Limited is recruiting a dynamic, experienced and skilled Production Manager – Food Crop to join its team

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage food crop production including greenhouses and open fields while ensuring optimal efficiency and quality standards.
• Plan, manage and monitor the ordering of agricultural inputs and equipment to maintain seamless production flow.
• Lead and coordinate production schedules, working closely with other departments to integrate field activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to support product sales and distribution.
• Implement best practices in greenhouse & open field management through effective pest control and conducting regular field assessments.
• Innovate data capture processes by digitizing records and implementing efficient data management systems.
• Lead emergency response initiatives, including managing repairs after environmental hazards.
• Collaborate with the team to manage project investigations, new initiatives and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards across all employees and job contractors.
• Oversee workforce management, promoting continuous improvement in production and operational processes.
• Ensure proper reporting to the Agricultural Manager.

Profile & Experience:

• Recognised qualification in agronomy or any comparable recognized professional qualification
• Proven working experience in a similar position.
• Fully computer literate with ability to compile, analyse & interpret complex data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
• Excellent leadership, management, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a high level of integrity.
• Holder of a valid driving license.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
