Product Developer

We are seeking 3 creative Product Developers to join our team who will be responsible for driving product innovation from concept to final production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure new products meet market trends, customer expectations, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development process, from initial concept and design to prototype creation and final production.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to create innovative textile products.
• Collaborate with the sourcing and production teams to identify suitable materials and ensure cost-effective production.
• Manage product testing, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support for product designs, including fabric selection and garment construction.
• Ensure timely delivery of products by managing project timelines and coordinating with internal teams.
• Focus on incorporating sustainable practices into product development, aligning with the company’s eco-friendly initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in product development within the textile industry.
• Strong understanding of textile production processes, fabric properties, and market trends.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, and sourcing teams.
• Passion for innovation and sustainability in textiles.
