Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic  detail-oriented and proactive Procurement and Supply Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency, quality assurance, and timely delivery of materials and services essential for our renewable energy projects

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes for equipment, materials, and services required for the organisation.
• Apply procurement policies aligned with project timelines and company objectives.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts to ensure optimal terms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, standards e.g ISO 9001,14001 and relevant regulations.
• Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, supplier agreements, and reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and logistics stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, coordinating with project teams for resource allocation

Qualifications & Skills
•	Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
•	Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the renewable energy or construction sector.
•	Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management principles.
•	Dynamic and proactive personality
•	Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•	Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•	Familiarity with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects is highly advantageous.
•	Operated within an ISO 9001 and 14001 environment 
•	Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
•	Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
