• Developing and implementing strategic procurement plans to support export operations.
• Managing the sourcing of materials and products from suppliers in Asian and European markets.
• Establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with international suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
• Leading contract negotiations, supplier agreements, and price management to optimize procurement costs.
• Leveraging procurement tools like Sage, SAP, or similar platforms for efficient operations.
• Monitoring and analyzing global market trends, trade policies, and currency fluctuations to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with international trade and procurement regulations.
• Driving cost reduction and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of procurement professionals.
• Preparing detailed procurement reports and presenting insights to senior management.
