Procurement Clerk

Safety Construction Co Ltd is looking for a motivated Procurement Clerk to join its Procurement Department

Duties :

• Seek quotations and prepare comparison sheets
• Issue of purchase order and payment formalities
• Recording of materials in stocks and update on delivery
• Coordinate with construction sites for materials required and arrange of delivery as per company’s procedures
• Ensure liaison with sites to confirm receipt of materials delivered on sites and arrange to obtain delivery notes and receipts
• Ensure quality of materials as per requirements
  

• Min HSC (Diploma or Degree would be an advantage)
• Minimum 5 Years Experience (Preferably in procurement in a construction company)
• Valid Driving License
