Finelec Contracting Co Ltd is currently looking for a Procurement / Admin Clerk for its Vacoas office. (6 Months Contract)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying and Scanning
  • To assist in the process of purchase requisitions within the required time frame.
  • To assess supplier quotations and proposals
  • To maintain a good supplier relationship.
  • To prepare and maintain purchase records, reports and price lists.
  • To raise the purchase orders within the required time frames
  • To follow up on purchase orders from approved date till delivery to end users
  • To ensure proper filling of documents are being done as per company's protocol
  • To help in collection of timesheets from staff on weekly basis

Requirements:

  • Minimum HSC 
  • Experience in Procurement will be a
  • Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office
  • Self-organizer with the ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good presentation with a professional manner
