Finelec Contracting Co Ltd is currently looking for a Procurement / Admin Clerk for its Vacoas office. (6 Months Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying and Scanning
- To assist in the process of purchase requisitions within the required time frame.
- To assess supplier quotations and proposals
- To maintain a good supplier relationship.
- To prepare and maintain purchase records, reports and price lists.
- To raise the purchase orders within the required time frames
- To follow up on purchase orders from approved date till delivery to end users
- To ensure proper filling of documents are being done as per company's protocol
- To help in collection of timesheets from staff on weekly basis
Requirements:
- Minimum HSC
- Experience in Procurement will be a
- Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office
- Self-organizer with the ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Good presentation with a professional manner
