ABC Motors is seeking a detail-oriented Processing Clerk to manage daily data processing, maintain customer records, and support high customer service standards.
Your Role:
Manage and handle data processing functions on a day-to-day basis.
Process daily customer sales files efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer files for reference and statistical purposes after vehicle delivery.
Assist in delivering high standards of customer service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to process and integrate related data.
Process informational data and forward it to the appropriate personnel for approval.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards relevant to your duties.
Your Profile:
HSC holder.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Computer literate.
Knowledge of NTA/Registrar processes.
Understanding of general insurance procedures and requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in both English and French (written and oral).
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
A proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High ethical standards and reliability.
