To offer guests (internal & external) a friendly , efficient and effective service at all times, in line with SOPs.
Candidate profile:
- Theoretical knowledge (Form lll) and prior professional experience.
- 3 years of experience in hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English and French.
Responsibilities:
- Take part in training and implement accordingly.
- Keep superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area.
- Pick up luggage are well tagged and delivered in allocated rooms.
- Ensure that luggage are well identified while placing in departure lounge/car.
- Fetch and distribute incoming and outgoing internal messages/parcels to Guests within 15 minutes.
- Ensure cold towel & Cocktail service upon Guest arrival.
- Follow up of vouchers from taxi service.
- Inform Superior shall there be any damage/breakage.
- Ensure swapping of Master Key in rooms (Any In/Out of rooms).
- Ensure fetching of postcards from letter box and leave at the reception for postage.
- Ensure message are sent to Telephone Operator, when message is delivered in room in the absence of guests.
- Notify the sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society.
