Works closely with the Hotel Manager to provide administrative support and helps him / her to make the best use of his / her time by dealing with secretarial, clerical and administrative tasks and follow up relevant issues with Head of Departments

13 | Forward GSQ to relevant department and does follow up accordingly | |||||||
14 | Proactively schedule and manage the HM’s agenda | |||||||
15 | Devise and maintain office systems, including data management, accurate and confidential filing, etc… | |||||||
16 | Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate | |||||||
17 | Arrange travel and accommodation of managers whenever necessary | |||||||
18 | Organize and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings | |||||||

20 | Input duty Roster for HODs on system and update if necessary | |||||||
21 | Organize and storing paperwork, documents and computer based information | |||||||
22 | Attend and monitor requests for offers/sponsorships of hotel | |||||||
23 | Coordinate events, prepare invitations, follow up and liaise with Security for access purposes as and when required | |||||||
24 | Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units | |||||||
25 | Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society |
