Sotravic Limitée – Building Division is seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant / Secretary to provide administrative support to our leadership team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence for senior staff.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure confidentiality of records.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
