The People Operations Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of all HR-related functions, with a focus on Payroll, HR KPIs and Training.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, facilitating conflict resolution and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for employees at all stages of their journey with the company.
HR Operations and Administration
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management.
- Ensure staff profiles & benefits are up to date on HRIS
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
HR Policy, Compliance, and Audit
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate HR-related audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and evidence are provided
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and records to ensure adherence to legal requirements and company standards.
Training & development
- Manage & follow up on HRDC applications
- Assist Head of People Development & Experience Manger in training deployment of training and MQA registrations
Cost Management
- Prepare staff yearly staff cost and manage actual cost on a monthly basis
- Manage the monthly shared cost
Report & HR KPIs
- Prepare monthly HR KPIs report to Head of Human Resources
- Provide any ad hoc reports
