DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Updating the attendance system
- Follow up with all departments to keep attendance system up to date
- Prepare tardiness reports
- Calculation of overtime and other payroll transactions
- Creating new recruits on payroll and on the different software available
- Monthly follow up on new recruits’ pension fund documents
- Prepare leave management reports
- Dealing with complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies in payroll
- Record and file all payroll related documents monthly
- Any duties related to this position
DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- HSC holder/ Certificate holder
- A professional experience of minimum 1 year in related field
- 1 year experience using Sicorax payroll
DESIRED SKILLS & TRAITS:
- Knowledge of Sicorax HRMS payroll
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Attentive to details
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Possess strong organisational skills
