Payroll Assistant

Natec Medical is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Payroll Assistant will support the payroll officer in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Correct anomalies on the T&A (Time and Attendance) module of Sicorax and ensure timely closure for monthly payroll processing.
• Follow up on medical insurance and ensure updated data is accurately reflected in payroll.
• Coordinate with concerned departments to track overtime (OT) and ensure accurate entry in the system prior to payroll computation.
• Assist the Payroll Officer in the monthly payroll computation.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for all company employees.
• Maintain and update payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Respond to T&A-related inquiries from employees and management.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll-related documents and reports.
• Support the Payroll Officer with month-end and year-end payroll processes.
• Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
• Assist with audits by providing records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum H.S.C
• At least 3 years experience as a Payroll Assistant, Payroll Clerk, or similar role.
• Familiarity with Sicorax payroll software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
