Patient Care Officer - Team Leader (Outpatient Department)

The Team Leader will responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative tasks of a team PCOs.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for Patient Care Officers Roster for Out-Patient department (OPD)
• Liaise with payroll department for correction of anomalies in attendance

• Greeting of patients and professionally provide any assistance as may be required

• Reception and transmission of information by mail/fax to concerned parties
• Develop, motivate, and train all respective team members through regular meetings and trainings.
• Complaint handling
• Assist in managing all operational activities of the OPD Bay
• To prepare and send daily ward census
• To coach, train and mentor the new joiners

What are we looking for?

• HSC/SC Holder
• Ability to establish strong, collaborative working relationships with other stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Minimum 3 years proven work experience in similar position
• Excellent time management and planning skills
