The Team Leader will responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative tasks of a team PCOs.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for Patient Care Officers Roster for Out-Patient department (OPD)
- Liaise with payroll department for correction of anomalies in attendance
- Greeting of patients and professionally provide any assistance as may be required
- Reception and transmission of information by mail/fax to concerned parties
- Develop, motivate, and train all respective team members through regular meetings and trainings.
- Complaint handling
- Assist in managing all operational activities of the OPD Bay
- To prepare and send daily ward census
- To coach, train and mentor the new joiners
What are we looking for?
- HSC/SC Holder
- Ability to establish strong, collaborative working relationships with other stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Minimum 3 years proven work experience in similar position
- Excellent time management and planning skills
