Responsible for the sales of spare parts over the counter and among others.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure proper follow up and gives high service to clients
- Achieving the parts sales target as per appointed portfolio of customers
- Promote and Prospect sales of Spare Parts & Accessories
- Assist in the marketing activities
- Assist in the achievement and delivery of high level of customer service standards
- Maintain good housekeeping practices and safety standards
- Ensure highest customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper maintenance of the QMS with the ISO Standard
REQUIREMENTS
- HSC Certificate
- Technical certificates in automobile mechanic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT tools
- Working experience of 2-3 year in same position and equivalent position.
