About BIA BIA Group is active in the sales, rentals and after-sales services of equipment intended for public works, mines, quarries and transport. The Group operates in Europe, Africa and Asia and has more than 1300 enthusiastic employees.
Attached to the head office and reporting to the "Team Leader", the function aims to support the increase in sales of consumables, tools, spare parts and components.
What will be your responsibilities?
1. Commercial Stream
In perfect collaboration with the Project Manager or the PSSR associated with the entrusted scope:
• Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Establish sales forecasts in collaboration with customers and communicate them to the purchasing department
• Provide reporting to customers (follow up on order status);
• Analyse market shares by product type and increase these after setting development goals
• Assume responsibility for the customers followed by the team for the spare parts activity
2. Administrative component
• Prepare and follow up on parts and service offers
• Execute contracts and orders for the sale of parts and services
• Give delivery instructions to the logistics cell
• Provide reporting (business analysis) required by customers
