Leal & Co Ltd is hiring a Parts Analyst for its Parts After-Sales department.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Plan and implement spare parts related processes in order to achieve optimum stock levels and thus ensure that customer needs and expectations are met and company’s profitability is maximized.
- Monitor and Control all aspects of parts supply including forecasting, expediting and distribution, ensuring that the parts ordering process is smooth and effective.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and analyse parts sales forecasts
- Prepare reports for senior management
- Provide support to the Parts Manager and the Parts Advisors in order to meet workshop and customer service expectations
- Ensure that parts orders are regularly done and maintain a timely follow up
- Maintain close control on the accuracy of parts’ references to be ordered
- Proper monitoring and follow up on order progression and clearing
- Liaise with different stakeholders in regard to the status of orders
- Keep constant control on stock ageing and liaise with the Parts Manager for appropriate action
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- At least Higher School Certificate
- A diploma in Management / Technical and Mechanical related qualifications will constitute a definite advantage
