Key Responsibilities:
- Manage local and international purchases
- Enter data into QuickBooks
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for orders in transit
- Handle customs clearance processes
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations
- Assist the Sales Department with their tasks
- Manage vehicle registration, fitness checks, and related tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Holder of HSC/BAC or equivalent
- Strong communication skills in both French and English
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
- Excellent organizational skills
