Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with Outrigger’s brand identity and business goals.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including photos, videos, and copy for all social media platforms
• Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics, providing insights to optimize social media campaigns and increase ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote events, offers, and services.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots with in-house teams and external vendors.
• Work closely with the team to develop digital and print marketing materials, including newsletters, flyers, and advertisements.
• Support the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and partnerships.
• Assist in managing influencer collaborations, press visits, and brand partnerships to increase visibility and engagement.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all campaigns and platforms.
• Maintain and organize marketing files, assets, and content archives for easy accessibility.
• Monitor website traffic, social media analytics, and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and marketing activities.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing coordination, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media metrics, and reporting tools
