Job Overview:

We are seeking for one of our clients, a highly skilled and analytical PPC & Social Media CRO Specialist to drive the optimisation of our digital assets. You will be responsible for improving user experiences, increasing conversion rates, and contributing to the overall growth of our business by implementing data-driven strategies and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conversion Strategy Development:
  • Analyse the performance of digital assets (websites, landing pages, etc.) to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRO strategy aligned with business goals.
  1. A/B Testing & Experimentation:
  • Design, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate hypotheses.
  • Interpret results, present insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
  1. User Experience (UX) Analysis:
  • Conduct user research through surveys, heatmaps, session recordings, and usability testing.
  • Identify pain points and develop solutions to enhance user journeys.
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to track progress and share insights with stakeholders.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the design, development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of optimisation strategies.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively across departments.
  1. Technology & Tools:
  • Stay updated with CRO tools and best practices.
  • Leverage tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar to implement tests and track performance.
Requirements:

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3 Years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, UX/UI, or a related role.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRO tools and web analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts (preferred).
  • Experience in designing and interpreting A/B tests and other experiment types.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Soft Skills:
  • Highly detail-oriented and organised.
  • Passionate about improving user experiences and business outcomes.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Google Analytics, UX Design, or similar.
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or performance marketing environments.
