Outlets Manager

Veranda Tamarin is seeking for a passionate and professional Outlet Manager. Come and join our tribe !

Main duties:

• To provide leadership, direction, supervision and motivation to the Outlet team, taking account of the established service standard and management guidelines
• Conduct and ensure that employees receive adequate and satisfactory on-the-job training
• Coordinates & supervise activities to ensure optimum care and assistance to guests
• Participate in service of food and beverage items as and when required
• Monitor and control inventories of work equipment, control of expenses (Breakages, linen, materials, etc.).
• Play an active role in the Outlet team and ensure smooth and satisfactory hand-over between shifts
• Ensure the quality of products and services delivered to guests
• Ensure that all matters concerning Team Members are communicated to the FNB Manager / HR, etc.

Candidate's Profile:

• SC / HSC level or equivalent with professional training and experience
• Diploma with specialization in F&B from a recognized institution
• At least 6 years work-related experience in F&B operations with at least 2 years as Outlet Supervisor in hotels or restaurants.
• Computer literate including experience in hotel management system
• Fluent in English and French both written and spoken, a third language preferred
