To guarantee the most efficient operation of the F&B, offering the maximum in service to hotel guests through good planning and co-ordination internally/with other departments.
• Ensures that the outlet is running in an efficient manner and that proper service is offered at all times.
• Maintains an accurate reservation system and advises the Chef de Cuisine of the number of orders and any special requests.
• Maintains a logbook for recording assigned F&B covers and waiters’ station lists, and notes guest complaints.
• Maximises the aesthetic appeal of the outlet by the use of display.
Experience:
- Previous experience in lifestyle resort will be a definite advantage.
- Experience in organising events with live music/DJ
