Your role will be primarily responsible for implementing and providing support for Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Under the general direction of the IT Manager or IT Assistant Manager you will be managing and maintaining application-level software.
•Manage all aspects of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Application and give day-to-day technical support to end users.
•Ability to create and keep records of updated oracle documentation for end users
•Liaise with vendors on a regular basis to ensure that contractual conditions are respected
•Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate Oracle system as and when required
•Understand the business needs and requirements to implement new functionalities and customize modules
•Providing training and guidance to team members once the system is implemented
