OPERATIONS & COST COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily business activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate project timelines and resources to meet deadlines.
• Ensure proper stock management and timely procurement.
• Analyse operational data and market trends to develop cost-effective strategies.
• Manage vendor contracts.
• Deliver reports to management to provide insights into operational and cost efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement in operational processes.
• Enhance operational processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Profile & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Operations and/or Cost management, preferably in the Shipping and
Logistics sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sound organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP and logistics software.
• Attention to details and familiarity with Industrial equipment.
