About the Role:

As an Officer - Corporate Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company adheres to legal and regulatory requirements, upholds high standards of corporate governance, and manages key administrative functions related to board meetings and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation: Maintain and update corporate records, including registers of directors, shareholders, and other statutory documents.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents, annual reports, and other regulatory submissions.
  • Records Management: Ensure that all corporate documents are accurately recorded and filed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in organizing and preparing materials for board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Compliance Management: Help ensure that the company complies with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Legal Assistance: Provide support in the drafting and review of corporate contracts, resolutions, and other legal documents.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between the board of directors and management, and handle correspondence related to corporate governance.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with a related degree in Business Administration, Law and Management, or a relevant field.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken communication in both French and English.
