OPERATIONS AND QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE (PEST CONTROL SECTOR)

Coroi Maurice Ltée is searching for an Operations and Quality Assurance Executive for our Pest Control Department to perform below duties with the possibility to upgrade quickly to a higher position.

Primary Responsibilities:

✓ On-Site Supervision & Quality Assurance (QA)

✓ Pest Control Operators training and Support

✓ Team Motivation, Management & Communication

✓ Generate sales and achieve targets

✓ Sales Follow-Up & Customer Satisfaction

✓ Operational Planning & Organization

✓ Coordinating product purchasing

Requirements:

✓ Degree or certification in Business Operations, Pest Control, or Management (not mandatory but a plus)

✓ Minimum 3-5 years in field operations, pest control, or a similar servicebased industry.

✓ Proven track record of improved results in the areas of Sales, quality, safety, service, cost and team supervision.

✓ Knowledge of pest control methodologies, equipment, and product effectiveness

✓ Valid driver’s license (Manual) for site visits

✓ Comfortable using ERP, CRM, or digital planning tools

✓ A high team spirit, a problem solver and high degree of personal drive with the ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines
