Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Process

• Provides emergency and first aid care staffs
• Provide personal health care and advice to staffs
• Promote Health & Safety programs, including injury prevention, disability long term and short term and coaching departments on the hotel’s modified work program
• Maintain good working relationship with the Management team while maintaining confidentiality and quality patient care.
• Inform HR department if need to send injured / sick staffs to hospital if the diagnosis requires.
• To make proper Follow up of all cases attending Medical Room
• Record all visits and update Medical Record Books for hotel Team Member and for hotel guest
