The Work:
Translate functional design into technical solution
Design and create complex data conversion and ETL jobs
Conduct quality control on developments by peers
Prepare comprehensive technical documentations including specifications, test conditions and error logs
Execute end-to-end unit testing (Extraction, transformation, load)
Identify data quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement and resolution
Work with Functional and Development team to resolve issues
Execute data load and support data reconciliation in scope with data migration
Participate in integration testing and document conversion results
Participate in defect analysis and resolution

Here’s what you will need:
Degree in Computer Science or any related field
Understanding of database technologies e.g. SQL, ETL, PLSQL, T-SQL, No-SQL or Big Data technologies (e.g. Hadoop)
1 – 8 years of working experience, preferably in a technical environment or in one of the following: ETL, Talend, SAS, MicroStrategy, DataStage, SAP BI/BO/BW/BODS, Informatica
Conversant with different methodologies like Agile & Waterfall
Experience in at least one RDBMS is a plus
Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
Good French communication skills (written and oral)
