Mini Bar Attendant (Solana Beach Mauritius)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for checking and restocking the mini bars with a variety of beverages, alcoholic drinks, snacks, and others items according to established par levels.
• To monitor inventory levels. rotate stock, and  place orders with the appropriate departments to replenish supplies.
• Ensures that the mini bar is neatly arranged and presented attractively, with items properly chilled or displayed.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests.
• Record and document mini bar consumption by guests accurately.
• Track and charge guests for consumed items, ensuring that the billing process is done correctly, and that all charges are accounted for and accurately reflected in the guest's final bills.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the mini abr area.
• Attendant may be required to generate  reports regarding mini bar usage, sales, and revenue.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures related to the mini bar operations.
• Ensure the security of the mini bars and report any losses, damages, or theft promply to the supervisor.
