Mid-Level Backend Engineer

IDS Ltd, Informatique Développement et Solution Ltd is a subsidiary of an international group established in Mauritius since 2022

You will be working within the backend team that is lead in the UK to build an entire backend system for an exciting greenfield project. You will be a key player from design through to implementation. You will have the opportunity to grow and progress your career within the business along with the option of occasional travel to Cyprus and the UK. You will have endless support and tutoring not only from our backend team but our entire software department as well as a Pluralsight subscription.

 Requirements

• Excellent knowledge and experience in C# and .NET Core, specifically .NET 8
• Experience of working with WebAPI
• Experience of working with MicroServices
• Good knowledge and experience of OOP and REST
• Good knowledge of JSON · Knowledge of MicroServices
• Experience working with GIT
• Good knowledge and experience of Authentication servers
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and or SQL Server or other SQL databases
• Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of message bus and/or event bus
• Experience of integrating third party libraries
• Proficient in English speaking and writing
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to write clean, maintainable and scalable code

Essential Skills required :

• Knowledge of Minimal APIs and/or FastEndpoints
• Knowledge of AWS · Knowledge of Azure
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps · Experience in the asset management sector
• Knowledge of GitLab
• Knowledge of JIRA
