Leal Equipements Cie Ltee – a member of Leal Group – is currently looking for a Messenger / Driver.

The Messenger / Driver will be responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient dispatching. Banking deposit and other office activities. Assist the Parts Department to source and take delivery of all local purchases.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible to ensure that all ongoing and outgoing dispatch are properly distributed.
• Responsible to ensure that all courier and registered letter are being timely processed and despatched within the shortest delay.
• Responsible to courteously communicate with external party when distributing and collecting any despatch in view to promote the company’s image.
• Responsible to liaise with the Accounting department staff on a daily basis for lodgment of daily receipts and ensure that all supporting documents are handed over to the Accounting staff after banking deposit for control purposes.
• Responsible to collect lunch for Directors upon request of the Administrative Secretary.
• Responsible to assist the Parts Department to source and take delivery of local purchases.
• Responsible to drive safely and cautiously and adhered to requirements of the Road Traffic Act.

Any other duties as may be assigned by the Aftersales Manager and /or Accounts and Admin Manager.

Qualifications and Competencies Required:

• SC or any equivalent qualification
• Valid private car (manual) & motorcycle driving license
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Organization and planning skills
• Fluent in French & English (spoken & written)
• High sense of commitment
