Membership Officer

As a Membership Officer, you will be requested to: • Assist in the underwriting and servicing of clients. • Process application forms . • Renew policies • Handle and follow-up on queries from customers and intermediaries (brokers and agents)

Main purpose of the job:

In your role of Membership Officer, you will be requested to:

• Assist in the underwriting and servicing of clients.
• Process application forms
• Renew policies
• Handle and follow-up on queries from customers and intermediaries          (brokers and agents)
• Assist in any other cognate duties which may arise aligned to business requirements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client, company and personnel information.
• Perform administrative duties as and when required.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Higher School Certificate (including English and French)
• Diploma in a relative field will be a definite advantage
• Be computer literate with good know-how of MS Office  Excel and Word

 Experience

• Experience in an insurance environment especially in medical insurance (membership activity) would be an advantage.
