Mechanical Engineer

Systems Building Contracting Ltd, a subsidiary Company of IBL Group is looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineer to join its team. The job incumbent will have to report to the Head of the Mechanical Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Design mechanical system as per clients'/ consultants' specifications
• Close follow-up on technical compliance of electrical installations 
• Manage project teams and organise site works
• Follow-up progress of works with Project Coordinators and Supervisors 
• Monitor procurement and quality of works and products 
• Oversee budgeted cost against actual cost of project 
• Preparation of project payments applications 
• Conduct site surveys 
• Attend meetings with clients/ main contractor/ consultants 
• Any othe relevant tasks
